Finished my build! I can honestly say that it was easy. 300 rounds later, I was still grinning like a kid in a candy store. Fit and finish is the most important step, as well as patience. I placed my order on Sunday, and received it four days later on Thursday afternoon. It arrived via US Postal service...given thier reputation, that means you guys are on point! In October of 2016, I ordered and received an AR10 Nickel Boron (NIB) BCG. In November of 2016 I ordered and received an AR10 Lower Parts Kit Enhanced Ambi. In February of 2017 I ordered and received a Poly80 P2 G150 AR-15 Receiver kit. I am very pleased as I received these parts in a timely fashion. They are of a high quality. I will, definitely, order more parts from AWC. With the parts for the AR10 I was able to finish my recent build. I plan on another build (AR15). Around the time American weapons company took over from ares armor, I had placed an order for an MK2 sling. As months went by, I never received my sling. I, of course, was upset and wondering what had happened. More then a year later, I took a chance and reached out again to see if I could reach anybody about my sling. The CEO reached out to me and let me know he had been ripped off tremendously,( most businesses would just claim bankruptcy with what this guy went through) by multiple people and missing a lot of inventory. But, instead of doing that, he was going back and fixing every single order, even my $60 sling. He told me that every customer and sale is as important to him as the next, no matter the cost. Not only is he sending me my mk2 sling,(all metal hardware and totally bada#s) but he's also sending me 4 extra polymer rudius grips for my builds, FOR FREE! This man knows how to run a company and I feel horrible for his situation. I'm asking everyone out there to support this shop and keep it up and running, CALIFORNIA NEEDS AMERICAN WEAPONS COMPANY!!!!! I'm a huge fan now and will be looking forward to their new products!!!! I did receive my refund last week, as you indicated. It is a relief to finally have this issue resolved. The headaches this has caused over the last year will not be missed. I want to especially thank Bryce for the consistent and timely support he provided me. He is the first person (of many who have come and gone, I assume) who worked diligently (or at all, it seemed at times) to address my particular concern and finally resolve it. His performance, combined with your new policy of not charging customers until their items ship, lends me to believe you are finally and truly turning things around over there. I was a little on the fence about the company since they made the switch from Ares Armor to AWC and after this issue with my purchase but I understand mistakes happen.
